Claims
Any claim against Dynamic Organic must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer Ordered the Wrong Item, ie selected 4kg apples instead of 4 pieces As an internet based company we can only be responsible for delivering what you have ordered online. A confirmation email is provided for checking your order before the submit button therefore we are not obliged to offer any refund should there be an error.
Product Returns
We adhere to HACCP, the preferred industry standard for food safety and therefore items cannot exchange or returned.
Dynamic Organics made an Error
Where Dynamic Organics has made an error with your order we will offer a refund.
Refunds
Where a refund has been agreed to, this will be issued as a credit against your Dynamic Organic account and allocated to your next order.
Delivery
Condition of Purchase
The customer will bear all risk in respect of their order once they have been delivered as per your instructions, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery. Dynamic Organics will not be responsible for any loss or deterioration which occurs subsequent to delivery (due to non-timely collection or otherwise).
Unable to deliver your order
Where there are no instructions and there is no place deemed appropriate to leave the order, it will be returned to the store and await collection at your own arrangement. If you request for the order to be redelivered by Dynamic Organics on the next available delivery day to your area, an additional delivery fee will be incurred.
Liability

Dynamic Organics does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the product list and recommends that you read the labels on the goods carefully before consuming the goods.
Use Of Service
You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose (whether known or not) or in any manner which may infringe or violate any third parties rights. You further agree that you will not use our online service to transmit or upload any harmful files or unsolicited e-mail addresses. You further agree that you will not use our online service to transmit any unsolicited messages. In the event that you, any one logged into your account, causes any IP address owned or managed by Dynamic Organics to be listed on any blacklist e.g. SORBS, you irrevocably agree to pay $150 per IP address listed and all fees associated with its removal.

What happens with all my details?
Dynamic Organics respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. We may use and share aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our product and content offering. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security.
Personal information, ie address, contact numbers are only collected when you make a purchase. This information is only used for fulfilment of orders, sending newsletters and customised emails, to offer loyalty bonuses and to service customers by way of telemarketing.
Your information, ie name, address, special delivery instructions are stored on a customer file. We will follow your details and instructions for each order unless you advise us otherwise. Your credit card number in not be stored and will need to be entered each time you place an order. This financial information is only used to process payments.
Dynamic Organics will not reveal your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law.
How safe is it to send credit card details via the Internet?
The use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software for the registration page encrypts your credit card number and registration details and then securely transmits them over the Internet. When you enter this secure part of our site you will see a padlock symbol on the lower toolbar on your browser screen to let you know the information is safe.
